In the 5 months that I have navigated through Second Life I have discovered innumerable things about myself. This blog is a reaction to these discoveries as I create my Second Life shadow in the form of the avatar Lillyanna Ohl as she discovers the SL metaverse.I have no limits for discussion here as I feel that my interests and my reactions will continue to evolve as I traverse the SL terrain.In SL I have discovered many worlds from dancing to escorting, fashion to modeling, building, exploring, questing, role playing, and experiencing the light and dark of the SL world. I can't wait to continue reading your blog. I'm currently a sociology major taking a 'social informatics' course where we will be discussing things such as SL. It will be interesting to read a persons experiences first hand!
Second Life is certainly an interesting look a computer based society. People call it a game, but it is no game but a synthetic reality in which I find myself buried. Hope you enjoy reading and I enjoy the comments!
